HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 to 22 full business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada & the USA.

We recommend choosing "Express Shipping" for "Rush" orders.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we will ship anywhere worldwide only if your billing address and shipping address are the same.
All international credit card orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address.

WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent directly from the manufacturer.



WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Express Air orders will require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.



CAN I SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.



WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 5 business days if your item arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent right away. You will be contacted by the delivery company to inspect the damage (hold onto all packaging as well as the item for the inspection). Contact us at 908-741-4801 to report a damaged item.



DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?
Yes, we will ship to an APO address but you must select the Express Shipping to cover the higher shipping rate. Your order will be treated as a standard order only and should arrive within 12-15 business days.






Returns

CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 4 days of receipt of your shipment for a refund*. ALL RETURNS MUST FIRST BE AUTHORIZED. Photos may be required for damaged items. Credit for the return will apply only to the purchase price of the product. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be in excellent condition and arrive within 7 days. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Discontinued items are non-returnable. No exchanges will be accepted.

You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as LPR Stores, LLC. cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.

*IMPORTANT
No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. Items personalized as per order cannot be returned or exchanged.

NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.





IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE ON RETURNS?
Yes. We currently charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.



WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON SHOES AND HANDBAGS?
For Shoes and Handbags you must contact us within 4 days of receipt of your order for a refund*.

Also, note that all shoes must be unworn and in resalable condition otherwise they are not returnable. No worn shoes will be taken back.
